  • Reading and Writing: Fill in the Blanks (5–6 questions): This task combines reading and writing skills, using dropdowns to select the correct words for blank spaces.

This section evaluates the ability to understand spoken English in academic settings. Audio or video clips are used for all tasks:

  • Summarize Spoken Text (1–2 questions): After listening to a recording, candidates write a summary.

  • Multiple-Choice, Multiple Options (1–2 questions) and Single Option (1–2 questions): Based on the audio, test-takers answer questions by selecting correct options.

  • Fill in the Blanks (2–3 questions): Listen and complete the transcript with missing words.

  • Highlight Correct Summary (1–2 questions): Choose the summary that best matches the recording.

  • Select Missing Word (1–2 questions): Identify the missing word at the end of a recording.

  • Highlight Incorrect Words (2–3 questions): Spot and click on incorrect words in a transcript as they listen.

  • Write from Dictation (3–4 questions): After listening to a sentence, candidates type it out exactly, testing both listening and spelling skills.
